According to legend, Pizza was created by a Napoletean Pizzaiolo in honor of the wife of King Umberto in 1889. The Preparation Process:

  1. Making Pizza dough

For Pizza dough, white flour is kneaded with added baker’s yeast, salt, water and olive oil. The kneaded dough is then formed into a ball, dusted with flour and covered with a damp kitchen towel for 1-2 hours until the dough has doubled in size. After stipulated time, the dough is kneaded again for about one minute and then rolled out onto a floured surface into a circle or pie. The edges of the circle are raised by pushing up on the dough with the thumbs.

2. Filling the Pizza

Spread Pizza sauce over the pizza dough to within 0.5 inches of the rim. And then top up with your favorite pizza topping.

3. Baking the Pizza

Preheat oven to 230°C and bake the pizza for about 7 to 10 minutes until the pizzas are golden and crispy.
